  • Inspect For You offers thorough, reliable, and affordable property inspections with clear visual documentation and expert insights. We provide peace of mind by ensuring that you have all the necessary information before you sign a lease.

  • We cover all suburbs within a 20km radius of each Cities CBD. View Service Area for full list.

    Additional Suburbs can be discussed and serviced however this will encompass an additional fee.

  • All details will be sent through via email.

  • Each inspection is priced from $69 with our $10 off your first inspection discount applied. You will be reimbursed if the inspection is cancelled prior to the inspection day or if we are unable to complete the inspection.

  • Since the inspection was conducted under your name, email & phone number, all details will be sent directly to you. They will provide the inspection link along with any application codes.

  • If you require more than 1 inspection, the Pack of 3 or 5 inspections allows you to book multiple properties at a discounted rate. You can schedule all inspections at once or spread them out over time, depending on your needs. Simply contact us to arrange your additional inspections and we'll ensure everything is organised efficiently.
