Refund Policy
At Inspect For You, we strive to provide the highest quality inspection services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or an inspection cannot be completed, our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations or Rescheduling Before Inspection Day:
If you cancel your inspection at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 2 hours before the inspection are non-refundable and will require payment of an additional fee to reschedule.
Failed or Incomplete Inspections:
If we are unable to complete the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances or access issues, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
If the agent, landlord, or selling agent fails to attend the inspection or cannot access the property for any reason, no refund will be issued, and the booking will need to be rescheduled at an additional cost.
Dissatisfaction with Service:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the inspection or the report, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the report. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, issue a partial or full refund, or arrange for a re-inspection.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Services Provided:
Inspect For You offers property inspection services on behalf of tenants, landlords, home buyers, or other stakeholders. This includes video tours, photographic evidence, and written reports. Our team will inspect the property in person and deliver the findings to you via email.
For Properties for Sale:
If you are engaging us to inspect a property for sale, please note that Inspect For You provides only visual observations and general property insights. We do not provide professional advice, valuation, or building assessments. We are not liable for any decisions made regarding property purchases based on our inspection. Buyers are encouraged to seek their own independent building, pest, or legal advice.
Booking and Payment:
All inspections must be booked in advance through our website.
Payment is required upon booking to secure the inspection.
Our standard inspection fee starts at $79.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
Inspection Process:
Our inspectors will conduct a visual walkthrough of the property based on your instructions.
We aim to provide accurate and comprehensive reports but are not responsible for any issues that were not visible or accessible during the inspection.
Access to the property must be granted by the property manager, agent, or selling agent. If access is denied or the agent fails to attend, no refund will be issued and the booking must be rescheduled at an additional cost.
Client Responsibilities:
Provide accurate contact details and clearly outline inspection requirements.
Ensure permissions and arrangements for property access are properly organised.
Confirm the inspection's time and date with Inspect For You to avoid any scheduling issues.
Notify the landlord, property manager, or agent that Inspect For You will be conducting the inspection on your behalf.
Coordinate any rescheduling due to changes requested by the agent.
Delivery of Reports:
The completed inspection report will be delivered via email to the address provided at the time of booking.
Inspect For You is not liable for delays in report delivery due to technical issues beyond our control.
Liability and Disclaimer:
Inspect For You performs visual inspections only and does not conduct structural, pest, or valuation assessments.
For properties for sale, we do not provide financial, legal, or purchasing advice. Our service is intended for informational purposes only.
We are not liable for any purchase or rental decisions made based on our reports. Clients should verify all information independently and seek professional advice where necessary.
Amendments to Terms:
Inspect For You reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
